February 18th
Today, my group and I met at the ITS office during the time I was in there to work. We got started on our Clonezilla project by installing the Ubuntu operating system on one of the ITS loaner computers. While we waited for Ubuntu to install, Dan got instructions off the internet on how to get the computer ready for Clonezilla to be installed on it. Once Ubuntu finished installing, we followed through the instructions and got the computer ready to use Clonezilla.

Due to the power outage on campus, I was not able to go in and work at ITS. Instead, I went to the computer lab and did some research on Clonezilla in order to learn more about it for our group project.

February 4th
During my second day working at ITS, the new parts arrived for the computers we had been working on. Mike had me work with Brandon to install these parts into the computers that needed them. Four of the computers needed new HDD's, so we installed those and then hooked the computers up to make sure they were working fine. Along with the HDD's, we installed a new CD/DVD drive in one of the computers and installed RAM in another one of them. The last computer I worked on needed a new 400 watt power supply, so I installed it and turned the computer on to make sure everything was hooked up the right way. There was one other computer that needed a new 460 watt power supply, but we didn't have one available so I wasn't able to work on that computer. All of the computers that were fixed also needed operating systems installed, but I ran out of time and had to leave.
